Partner with KhanePe
Catering brands and kitchens in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar can apply to join KhanePe’s network of 100+ pre-vetted vendors and receive requirements from companies, factories, institutions and families.
How does partnering with KhanePe work?
Apply with your FSSAI licence, certifications, cuisines, capacity and service areas. The KhanePe team reviews each application and checks food safety credentials. Once approved, you receive customer requirements that match your area and formats, and you quote; when a customer picks your quote, KhanePe coordinates the order to the event.
Why join KhanePe as a vendor?
KhanePe brings you qualified requirements without cold calls: each brief has been discussed with the customer, with date, guests, venue, menu and budget captured. Payments are tied to progress, and feedback after every event builds a track record that helps strong vendors win more of the requirements they want.

Frequently asked questions
Who can partner with KhanePe?
Catering brands, cloud kitchens, banquet caterers, tiffin services and institutional caterers in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar can apply, as long as they hold a valid FSSAI licence. Experience with corporate, industrial, Jain or live-counter catering is especially useful, because those are common KhanePe requirements.
Do I need an FSSAI licence to join?
Yes. Every food business in India needs an FSSAI licence or registration, and KhanePe asks for the 14-digit number with every application. Further certifications, such as ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and GHP practices or FoSTaC-trained staff, strengthen an application and appear on your quotes.
How are vendors paid?
Customer payments follow KhanePe’s schedule: 25% when the customer confirms a quote, 50% after the three-day reconfirmation and the final 25% to complete the order. How and when vendors are paid is set out in the partner agreement. Payment terms are explained before you sign.
How many requirements will I receive?
It depends on your areas, cuisines, formats and capacity. KhanePe shares requirements that match what you can deliver well, so vendors who cover more areas, offer Jain or live counters, or handle large volumes usually receive more. Feedback after each event also shapes future shortlisting.
How long does approval take?
After you apply, the KhanePe team reviews your application and may ask for documents or a kitchen visit before approving. Approval time depends on how quickly those checks can be completed. Keeping your FSSAI licence, certificates and kitchen address ready speeds up the review.
