Daily office meal plans for catering in Ahmedabad
Rotating weekly menus for offices, factories, hostels and institutions that need meals every working day, with a sample week and the plan types vendors quote.
What is in KhanePe’s sample daily office meal plans?
The sample daily office meal plans below show 6 ready-made sets: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Use one as your brief, or adjust items on the Inquire page. Vendors then quote their version, with dishes, portions and price listed, so the three quotes compare like for like.
Sample menu. The final dishes, portions and price are set by the vendor you confirm and listed in the quote.
How do daily meal plans work?
You share headcount, meals needed, timings and food preferences; KhanePe returns three vendor quotes; and the vendor you confirm supplies meals on an agreed rotating menu. Meal counts are shared regularly, and billing is periodic. Daily meal catering explains contracts and MealPe’s role.
Which plan types can vendors quote?
Common plans are lunch only, lunch with evening snacks, breakfast and lunch, and full-day plans of breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner for hostels and factories with night shifts. Each plan is quoted per meal, so you pay only for the meals you take.
Frequently asked questions
Can the weekly menu be customised?
Yes. The sample week is a starting point. You can set the cuisines, spice level, vegetarian or Jain rules and favourite dishes, and the vendor builds a rotation around them. Feedback collected through KhanePe or MealPe can replace unpopular dishes over time.
How is a daily meal plan billed?
Daily plans are billed periodically against the agreed per-meal price and the actual meal count, which can be recorded digitally through MealPe where the site uses it. Invoices come through KhanePe, so your finance team deals with one supplier. Billing periods are agreed upfront.
What happens on holidays?
Meals are supplied only on agreed working days, so holidays and office closures are excluded once shared with the vendor. Festival specials can be added on request. Share your holiday calendar when the contract starts. Advance notice of closures avoids wasted meals.
Is there a minimum headcount for daily meals?
The minimum for a daily meal plan through KhanePe is 50 pax per day, which keeps a daily contract viable for the vendor and the menu varied for you. Share your expected daily count in the requirement call, including how many Jain or Swaminarayan meals you need, so vendors quote on the right numbers.
Can daily meals include Jain and Swaminarayan options?
Yes. Daily plans can include a fixed number of Jain and Swaminarayan meals each day, cooked and packed separately. Share the daily count for each type, and the vendor will include them in the regular supply. Counts can change with notice.
