What happens after you send your brief?
After you send your brief, the KhanePe team calls you to understand the requirement in detail, shares it with multiple pre-vetted vendors and forwards the best three quotes. You confirm one with 25%, preparations are reaffirmed three days before, and payments of 50% and 25% complete the order.
- You fill out the formShare your event or meal requirement on the Inquire page, at least one week before the date.
- KhanePe calls youThe team calls to understand the requirement in detail: guests, menu, venue, timing and budget.
- Vendors receive your briefYour requirement is shared with multiple pre-vetted vendors who can serve your area and format.
- Best three quotesThe team shortlists the best three quotations and forwards them to you to compare.
- You confirm and pay 25%Confirm any one of the three quotes by paying 25% of the amount.
- Preparations reaffirmedThree days before the event, the team reaffirms preparations with you and the vendor.
- Second payment of 50%The next 50% is paid, and time, date, venue address and mode of serving are mapped.
- Final 25% paymentYou complete the remaining 25% payment.
- D-DayThe event is catered; post-event feedback and review are collected, and the invoice is handed over.
